WIDO ice bath and 2-person outdoor sauna - experience the ultimate recovery ritual. Built from premium Canadian red cedar, both are naturally durable, aromatic, and perfectly suited to the UK climate.
Choose the treated option and your sauna exterior will be finished with Osmo UV-Protection Oil - providing effective UV resistance and a durable, water-repellent surface. Recommended reapplication interval: every 2 years.
If you choose the interior wax treatment, we apply transparent Supi Sauna Wax, a water-based protective finish containing natural wax that provides moisture protection, minimises staining, and ensures easier ongoing care of the wood surfaces. Recommended reapplication interval: every 1–2 years.

Please note:
An electrician is required for all outdoor sauna installations. Every home’s electrical setup is unique, and the time and complexity needed to hardwire a sauna can vary greatly. Unfortunately, we cannot provide electrical installation services, as it depends on your home’s wiring, breaker capacity, and local regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience and strongly recommend hiring a local licensed electrician to ensure safe and proper installation.

Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days. Once your sauna/ice bath order is confirmed, our team will contact you directly to arrange the delivery and installation. Smaller items shipped through a third-party carrier will include a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
What To Expect With Delivery
When ordering a sauna or ice bath, please book a convenient delivery and installation day.
Delivery Timing:
Deliveries occur between 6:30am – 7:00pm
Installation:
• Outdoor Sauna ~3 hours + instructions
• Indoor Sauna ~1 hour + instructions
• Ice Bath ~2 hours + instructions
Professional Installation:
All the products are installed by our trained staff.
Special Requirements for Traditional and Outdoor Saunas:
These models require a skilled electrician for safe installation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide electrical installation services, as it depends on your home’s wiring and breaker capacity.
Refund
Please contact us before returning any items, as a returns label must be issued. Returning products without prior authorization may result in lost items and could make you ineligible for a refund.
30-Day Return Period for Faulty Items:
We take pride in the quality of our products. In the rare case that you receive a faulty or defective item, we offer a simple, hassle-free return process. You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order for any product found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.
Return conditions and requirements:
Products that have been misused, accidentally damaged, handled improperly, or not cared for according to the instructions are not eligible for return. Additionally, products that have been heavily used or are of a hygienic nature-such as infrared or traditional saunas-cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on wido.co.uk or its official subdomains and do not apply to items purchased through third-party retailers.
Return Process:
To start a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, and our team will guide you through the return process with all the necessary instructions.
Inspection and Refund/Replacement
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will process your requested refund or replacement. Please allow up to 7 days for this process to be completed.
Replacement Eligibility Beyond 30 Days
We value your satisfaction even after the initial 30-day period. If you experience issues with your product that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or result from a manufacturing defect, you may still be eligible for a replacement.
Shipping cost:
For returns within the first 30 days, we cover return shipping costs for faulty products within the UK. If you return an unused product due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility ( for large items please use contact us form to book a collection day ).
Warranty
All WIDO products sold by Babylon Market Ltd are supplied with manufacturer warranty coverage.
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery to the customer (the day the product arrives).

Warranty durations:
Outdoor saunas: cabin structure - 2 years / heater - 2 years
Indoor saunas: 2 years
Ice bath: tub only - 2 years / water chiller unit - 2 years
Accessories: 1 year
By purchasing and using a WIDO product, the customer agrees to the warranty terms set out by Babylon Market Ltd. Warranties on products not manufactured by WIDO will follow the original manufacturer’s warranty. Additional information can be provided on request.

All warranty services must be authorised by WIDO and carried out either directly by WIDO or by an authorised WIDO service partner.
Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and WIDO reserves the right to decline warranty requests that do not fall within the applicable warranty schedule.
Minor aesthetic or cosmetic issues (for example: small scratches, marks, slight imperfections etc.) that occur through normal use are not covered under WIDO warranty.
Items damaged during delivery (in transit / during shipping to your delivery address) must be documented immediately and reported to WIDO Customer Service for assistance. Please keep all original packaging and, where possible, take clear photographs of the condition, location of damage and any other relevant details.

Powerful Harvia Heater
WIDO Traditional Sauna features a premium Harvia 6KW electric heater, carefully matched with high-quality Finnish sauna stones delivering temperatures up to 110°C. "Löyly" - the rising steam from water poured on hot sauna stones creates that signature burst of warmth and atmosphere.
Please note, this unit does not come with a plug and must be hard-wired and installed by a qualified electrician. Unfortunately, we cannot offer installation services ourselves, as the time and complexity of hard-wiring can vary greatly depending on each home.
Ice Bath-Dual mode cooling and heating

Alternating exposure to hot and cold.
Wellness in contrast refers to the wellness practice of contrast therapy, which involves the rapid, alternating exposure to hot and cold temperatures, such as moving between a sauna and an ice bath. This thermal cycling aims to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, enhance recovery from exercise, support mental resilience, and improve overall physical and mental well-being.
