Warranty

All WIDO products sold by Babylon Market Ltd are supplied with manufacturer warranty coverage.

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery to the customer (the day the product arrives).

Warranty durations:
Outdoor saunas: cabin structure - 2 years / heater - 2 years
Indoor saunas: 2 years
Ice bath: tub only - 2 years / water chiller unit - 2 years
Accessories: 1 year

By purchasing and using a WIDO product, the customer agrees to the warranty terms set out by Babylon Market Ltd. Warranties on products not manufactured by WIDO will follow the original manufacturer’s warranty. Additional information can be provided on request.

All warranty services must be authorised by WIDO and carried out either directly by WIDO or by an authorised WIDO service partner.

Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and WIDO reserves the right to decline warranty requests that do not fall within the applicable warranty schedule.

Minor aesthetic or cosmetic issues (for example: small scratches, marks, slight imperfections etc.) that occur through normal use are not covered under WIDO warranty.

Items damaged during delivery (in transit / during shipping to your delivery address) must be documented immediately and reported to WIDO Customer Service for assistance. Please keep all original packaging and, where possible, take clear photographs of the condition, location of damage and any other relevant details.
