Enjoy fast, free shipping and professional installation on every purchase. Our team delivers and sets up your equipment so you can start your recovery immediately.

Please note:
An electrician is required for all outdoor sauna installations. Every home’s electrical setup is unique, and the time and complexity needed to hardwire a sauna can vary greatly. Unfortunately, we cannot provide electrical installation services, as it depends on your home’s wiring, breaker capacity, and local regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience and strongly recommend hiring a local licensed electrician to ensure safe and proper installation.

Accessories:
Shipped through a third-party carrier.

Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days. Use the booking system when ordering sauna or ice bath. Smaller items shipped through a third-party carrier will include a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

What To Expect With Delivery

When ordering a sauna or ice bath, please book a convenient delivery and installation day.

Delivery Timing:
Deliveries occur between 6:30am – 7:00pm

Installation:
• Outdoor Sauna ~3 hours + instructions
• Indoor Sauna ~1 hour + instructions
• Ice Bath ~2 hours + instructions

Professional Installation:
All the products are installed by our trained staff.

Special Requirements for Traditional and Outdoor Saunas:

These models require a skilled electrician for safe installation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide electrical installation services, as it depends on your home’s wiring and breaker capacity.

Refund

Please contact us before returning any items, as a returns label must be issued. Returning products without prior authorization may result in lost items and could make you ineligible for a refund.

30-Day Return Period for Faulty Items:
We take pride in the quality of our products. In the rare case that you receive a faulty or defective item, we offer a simple, hassle-free return process. You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order for any product found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.

Return conditions and requirements:
Products that have been misused, accidentally damaged, handled improperly, or not cared for according to the instructions are not eligible for return. Additionally, products that have been heavily used or are of a hygienic nature—such as infrared or traditional saunas—cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on wido.co.uk or its official subdomains and do not apply to items purchased through third-party retailers.

Return Process:
To start a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, and our team will guide you through the return process with all the necessary instructions.

Inspection and Refund/Replacement
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will process your requested refund or replacement. Please allow up to 7 days for this process to be completed.

Replacement Eligibility Beyond 30 Days
We value your satisfaction even after the initial 30-day period. If you experience issues with your product that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or result from a manufacturing defect, you may still be eligible for a replacement.

Shipping cost:
For returns within the first 30 days, we cover return shipping costs for faulty products within the UK. If you return an unused product due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility ( for large items please use contact us form to book a collection day ).
